I recently stayed the night as I was up for work. Both the night staff and morning staff were extremely approachable, helpful and provided good small talk. The breakfast offered was great value for money and the room itself was clean and well maintained. I will be using this hotel on every trip up for work.

Might not be a 5 star hotel but the service we received certainly was. Massive shout out to Lindsey who didn't get me a taxi to the hospital after a fall she drove me there herself! After carrying me to the car! Then checked up on me and my child and arranged for my car to stay in the car park as I couldn't drive it home. She deserves a raise and a bonus! She went over and above for us and I couldn't thank her enough. Also to Chris who was unbelievably helpful even though I changed my booking multiple times, he couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant if he tried. I'd recommend and will definitely stay here again if visiting the stadium as very close by.

Hotel was very accommodating to my extra requirements. Called ahead of time to ask about my requirements and all was agreed upon so quickly that it made me feel valued and made me feel that this was a hotel where guests are priority. So to the lovely long blonde haired woman who took my call and greeted me on our arrival, thank you very very much for your kindness, helpfulness and to you and "your mum" (lol) for being fab! Would give you more than 5* if I could.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The occasion was the opening match of the Women's Rugby World Cup. We were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were functional and comfortable, and clean. The hotel is located a bit out of the way in a commercial area, but is easily accessible by car and public transport. All in all, a very pleasant stay. We will be back.
